Victorian charm abounds at our beautifully restored turn-of-the-century farmhouse nestled in southeastern Greene County, Ohio. We are located on State Route 725, eight miles south of Xenia, five  miles east of Bellbrook, seven miles north of  Waynesville, (antique capital of Ohio) and eighteen miles from Dayton, Ohio, birthplace of aviation where the United Stated Air Force Museum is located. We are only 30 minutes from Paramount's Kings Island.

	The Barrett House Bed & Breakfast is not handicapped accessible.
	We are not equipped to accept children under 10 years of age or pets.
	Smoking is not permitted in the home.
